Empowill is an HR platform designed to simplify talent and people management. The project was particularly interesting because of the challenge of standing out in a highly competitive HR landscape, where many platforms share similar visual and communication codes. I supported Mathis Payet throughout the project by creating a range of visual assets designed to strengthen Empowill’s communication and bring its identity to life across different touchpoints. The goal was to create visuals that felt clear, engaging and distinctive, while remaining aligned with the brand’s positioning. Working on this project was a great opportunity to explore how visual design can help an HR brand move beyond conventional industry codes and build a stronger, more recognizable presence.
